These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and DenaliKit ("DenaliKit", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the DenaliKit website located at denalikit.com and all associated tools, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
DenaliKit provides browser-based productivity software, including:
All processing is performed locally in your browser using client-side technologies including pdf-lib, PDF.js, and the HTML Canvas API. Your files are never uploaded to DenaliKit's servers. We have no access to the content of any files you process using the Service.
The Service is offered under two tiers:

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for an extended period.
Payment processing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. DenaliKit does not store your credit card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Monthly subscription. The Premium monthly subscription is billed on a recurring basis at the then-current rate displayed at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until then.
Lifetime licence. The Premium lifetime licence is a one-time purchase that grants you permanent access to all current Premium features. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service. In the event DenaliKit discontinues the Service, we will provide a minimum of 90 days' notice.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any User who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including suspending or terminating your account.
DenaliKit's IP. The Service, including its design, code, branding, text, graphics, logos, and all other content created by DenaliKit, is owned by or licenced to DenaliKit and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or rights to DenaliKit's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
Your content. Because all file processing occurs locally in your browser, DenaliKit does not receive, access, or store the files you process. You retain full ownership of your files and any output produced using the Service. DenaliKit claims no intellectual property rights over your content.
Feedback. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant DenaliKit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
File processing. As noted above, all file processing occurs in your browser. DenaliKit does not receive or store any files you process using the Service. Account data (name, email address, payment information processed by Stripe) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Analytics. We may collect anonymised usage data (page views, feature usage, error rates) to improve the Service. This data does not include the content of any files you process.
As-is service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Output accuracy. DenaliKit's tools process files using third-party open-source libraries including pdf-lib and PDF.js. We do not warrant that output files will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying that output files meet your requirements before use.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DenaliKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to DenaliKit in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DenaliKit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
Service changes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes — in particular, we will provide at least 90 days' notice before discontinuing the Service entirely.
Terms changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The current version is always available at denalikit.com/terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@denalikit.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
Class action waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DenaliKit with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. DenaliKit may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force majeure. DenaliKit is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.
